Kim Patterson joined Vizion in December of 2007 as CFO and is currently our COO. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant (FL) with over 15 years of Financial Management Experience. Prior to joining Vizion, Kim served as V.P., Financial Operations Officer for IFC Holdings, Inc. where she was responsible for all financial and regulatory reporting for the parent as well as its subsidiary companies. Additional responsibilities included: management of the accounting, purchasing, and commission departments, integration of accounting operations for acquisitions, and facilitating the conversion of the entire accounting system to a year 2000 compliant enterprise-wide system. She held a series 27 and series 7 license with the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers). Additionally, she has served as an independent consultant specializing in business performance management, process improvement, and compliance.

Prior to starting her career with Ernst & Young's tax department, Kim attended the University of Florida and the University of South Florida where she was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (accounting honor society). She has a B.S. in Business Administration and M.A.C.C. Degree in Accounting with a specialization in taxation. Kim has served on the Board of Director's for the Outdoor Arts Foundation, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) corporation) as Treasurer and the Board of Director's for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium as President of Auxiliary. Kim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
