SEO Analyst

Vizion Interactive, Inc. is seeking an SEO Analyst to join Team Vizion.

We are a dynamic group specializing in SEO, PPC Management, Social Marketing and Web Design/Usability. Team Vizion is comprised of folks who care – a lot – about getting results for our clients and have years of experience to back up our proactive/strategic guidance for our clients. Mind you, to be a part of Team Vizion, we do ask that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in search engine optimization and that you understand that SEO is not a “one and done” affair. Responsibilities include:

Keyword Research
Competitive Analysis
Site Structure Analysis
Internal Linking Analysis
General SEO Recommendations (Meta Titles/Descriptions/Keywords/Alt Text/ ImageFile names/copy)
Ranking Report Generation/Analysis/Reporting
Top to Bottom analysis of SEO programs and monthly recommendations
Strategic Guidance/Monitoring of Linking Campaigns
Strategic Guidance for Social / Blog Marketing programs
Maintaining client relationships and reporting to superiors on any issues/concerns brought up by clients
Consultation with design team on projects which involve both design and SEO
Forum/Blog and Article postings on behalf of Vizion Interactive and its clients
Implementation of SEO recommendations for selected projects
Copywriting for client projects as well as Vizion Interactive corporate projects
Attendance at necessary trade show/events and occasional speaking at such events

Requirements:

Extremely organized and detail oriented
3+ years SEO experience similar to the above mentioned responsibilities (pay commensurate to experience/skills)
Able to multi-task and switch gears quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
Good tenure and excellent employment references required
Strong mastery of the English language (know the difference between “its” and “it’s”)
Basic HTML and CSS
Experience with Google Analytics (Omniture a plus)
Strong knowledge of usability/conversion optimization
Local, Shopping/Ecommerce, Video and Image SEO experience (Google Places, Product Feeds, etc.)
Social Marketing skills (knowledge of social aspects of SEO)
Experience with leading SEO tools (Google Keyword Tool, SEOMoz toolset, SEM Rush, MajesticSEO, SpyFu, ScreamingFrog, etc.)
Experience with A/B, Multivariate testing a plus
Technical skills a plus (programming / IT/ability to identify potential penalties in the search engines)
Must have case studies of prior work (before/after examples, detailing specific steps taken to reach goals)
