Lead SEO Strategist

Vizion Interactive is currently seeking a Lead SEO Strategist

Responsibilities include:

· Collaborate closely with management, creative, media, analytics, and other internal/external partners to build a world-class SEO discipline (Process Improvement / Productivity Improvements)

· Build and maintain a strong knowledge of SEO solutions and SEO technologies; test effectiveness before rolling across all clients - keep an active finger on the "pulse/trends" of the market

· Maintaining client relationships and reporting to customer service manager on any issues/concerns brought up by clients

· Ensuring that programs track towards goals for assigned clients

· Set Strategy for Clients - Lead the development of best practices for on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization techniques. Implement these practices within the organization and ensure they are followed by our staff

· Review monthly reports to ensure recommendations/results are on target with the overall strategy - guide clients and internal partners in the design of effective SEO programs that meet the client strategic business objectives

· Developing the talents of subordinates to their full potential, motivating and inspiring them

· Attendance at necessary trade show/events and occasional speaking at such events

· Consultation with design team on projects which involve design and SEO, SMM, or PPC

· Forum/Blog and Article postings on behalf of Vizion Interactive

· Partner with PPC/SMM/SEO teams to create a holistic search practice

· Assist sales team with strategy for prospective clients

· Assist in sales proposal / scope development / resource allocation

· Develop and lead delivery of professional presentations to prospects

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Extremely organized and detail oriented

· 5-10 years SEO experience similar to the above mentioned responsibilities

· Experience working with project management software

· Able to multi-task and switch gears quickly while maintaining a positive attitude

· Good tenure and excellent employment references required

· Able to work as needed on special projects
