Job summary

The Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant / Happiness Coordinator will be a vital member of the Vizion team. You will perform bookkeeping duties that will include AP, AR, Reconciliations, and other monthly / annual accounting duties. You will support sales and operations by having an outgoing and friendly personality and a can-do attitude. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) along with organization and preparation are must have skills for the successful candidate. You will spend your time maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and doing collections, maintaining salesforce, developing sales proposals, following up with sales prospects, interacting with clients to ensure their “happiness”, providing customer service, assisting with preparation for tradeshows, creating and maintaining marketing materials, maintaining our project management system, developing, creating, and running reports, and other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.

Minimum requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Mastery of Microsoft products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Professional
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) Experience
